Today is crispy pork tacos day
Is it really Crispy Pork Tacos day today? I declare it so. Brined in kosher salt and palm sugar, this pork shoulder from Skagit River Ranch was slow roasted, shredded, then fried crisp. The crispy pork tops fresh cilantro, radishes from Nash's Organic Produce and salsa on tortillas.
