Seattle history extends to national tradition

So, kids, what did we learn today from President Obama?

Today I learned that the National Prayer Breakfast is a really big, fancy meal where the people who dole out the porkbarrel spending get together over bacon and eggs. I also learned that this tradition of communal breakfasting began right here in Seattle! Coffee, computers, consensus and communal breakfasting, go figure. Is it the trees?
