Smoked Shinsato pork pizza

The Neapolitan-style pizza pictured here coming out of Inferno Pizza Hawaii's hotter than Hades oven on wheels is over the top ono.

Inferno Pizza is for locavore lovers. Ingredients include guava-smoked pork from Shinsato Farms' hogs, mushrooms from Small Kine Farms and Maui onions. So what better place for them to pop up at than the Thursday evening Kailua Farmers Market? That's where I found them while shopping for local produce.
