Delicious social media networking @ Black Pearl

The Black Pearl served up delicious Chinese cuisine and wine pairings for the North Seattle Tax Day Tweet Up on April 15. Szechuan sauce and social media networking was the order of the day for a clutch of tweeps at the Wedgewood restaurant. The tweet meet was hosted by the Black Pearl who tweets as @BlackPearlSEA, along with @NorthESea and @Seattle_Events.

Annie, the Black Pearl manager and Twitter voice, was most gracious in serving us their best dishes. To top it off, Greenlake Wines and NW Totem Cellars donated the wines paired with each of the dishes. All of the dishes and pairings were superb. My favorites were the Spicy Fish in Szechuan Sauce paired with Randall Harris Sauvignon Blanc donated by Green Lake Wine and the Beef Chow Mein with Homemade Noodles paired with NW Totem Cellars Potlach.
