The Pic of the Day is the loaf of whole wheat bread I made using the recipe in the NY Times Magazine. I used Bob's Red Mill unbleached white flour and Kamut flour in following the recipe's mix of all-purpose and whole wheat flour. I think next time I should add a bit more salt.
