What's for dinner
Bluebird Grain Farms handed out samples of its' emmer farro to foodies at Foodportunity. I ate it tonight bathed in a sauce made with cherry tomatoes, shallots and onions spiked with dried Thai chili peppers and sauteed in extra virgin oil. That's just one cup of the cooked farro; saving the other cup of it for another dish.
