Coffeee Club tasting at Caffe D'arte

Caffe' D'arte roasts coffee in small wood fired and gas fired roasters in Georgetown to wholesale around the country. Michael Allen Smith lead the Coffee Club of Seattle to the one retail shop they have in town, on the corner of 1st ave and Stewart St. We happy few that day were treated to espresso shots, like the one above, as we learned the story of Mauro Cipolla (cue the Italian strings soundtrack) and his quest to bring traditional Italian espresso here. Good coffee. Definitely worth a stop on the next coffee hike.
