On my morning exercise route I peaked in to Peaks Frozen Custard on NE 65th St., across from the Roosevelt Whole Foods. It's still under construction but the front door was open with contractors coming and going, busy with construction. The counter was finished and the frozen custard dispenser was in place. It looks like they may be opening in about another month.
Been looking forward to Peaks opening since reading about this shop on the P-I blog Devouring sEATtle. I'll be sure to post my taste tests soon.
