Late Summer Farmers Market Picks
In late summer at the U-District Farmers Market, the peaches just picked, ripe and ready, were as large as softballs.
A basket of cherry tomatoes, a thick slice of pancetta (about 4-6 ounces), olive oil, and fresh garlic makes a quick and savory summer supper.
