Found this matcha green tea cupcake from Cupcake Luv, Kirkland, at the U-District Farmers Market today. They displayed a good variety of different flavors but I zeroed in on the green tea. The cake is moist and light with a distinctive green tea taste. The green tea in the cream cheese frosting is subtle but not lost in the frosting.
