Local scientist mad about chocolate

Having made a switch from the Hutch to Theo Chocolate, molecular biologist Andy Shea is On a mission for 'true chocolate' says Seattle P-I.

"We like to call it 'mockolate'... Most of the stuff sold as chocolate out in the world today is not really chocolate." said McShea of the corporate chocolate parading around, trying to pass as the real thing.

The P-I reporter Tom Paulson also penned the day before, Theo Chocolate hopes to start cocoa revolution.
