At My Table | Nigella Lawson: Cod That Speaks Italian
I just made the risotto from this recipe page and it is awesome!
A little tweaking on my part, using equal parts Spanish extra virgin olive oil and salted sweet cream butter. For the fish I used wild Alaskan smoked black cod. I also added more lemon juice than what the recipe said to do. The freshness of the citrus really played well with the smokiness of the fish!
